For patients on Warfarin , the blood test to check INR can be done in the surgery and the Warfarin dose adjusted as neccessary. If you want to get booked on to the service please contact a member of staff at reception.
Clinic runs on Friday afternoon.
The doctor or nurse can give advice on the telephone.The receptionist will take your number or tell you the best time to ring back.
Please ring by 11AM so the doctors can plan accordingly.
Our practices nurses, will see patients by appointment or in drop in clinic for a wide range of services. You do not need to see the doctor first.

Contraception, Family Planning & Sexual Health
We offer a full range of services including planning your pregnancy, contraception, emergency contraception (up to 120 hours after unprotected sexual intercourse), cervical smears, advice on safer sex and sexually transmitted infections. We also provide counselling and referral for termination of pregnancy. You may make a routine appointment with the doctor/nurse for this service. Young people under 16 are guaranteed a confidential service with any doctor or nurse.
These services are also available at other local health centres. Please see the practice notice board for details. We offer NEXPLANON and COIL FITTING.

Community ENT and Audiology Clinic
This service in provided by UCLH NHS Trust and patients with Ear, Nose, Throat problems can be referred to this clinic.Patients needs to seen and referred by their GP to access this service.
The clinic is held on Thursday.
This service in provided by consultant Dermatologist from Royal Free Hospital and patients with skin problems can be referred to this clinic.Patients needs to seen and referred by their GP to access this service.
The clinic is held on Tuesday.
Care during pregnancy is provided in the practice
ante-natal clinic by the doctors and community midwives and in conjunction with North Middlesex Hospital.
Ante-natal Clinic is held on Wednesday.
This is not a walk-in service.All appointments are pre-booked by North Middlesex Hospital.
Minor surgery (removal or skin lesions, wart treatment etc) is available at the practice. Please make an appointment to see the doctor.
We are delighted to offer phlebotomy services at the surgery. Those requiring blood tests may book appointments on Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday .
A phlebotomist is provided by Chase Farm Hospital and North Middlesex Hospital. The service is by appointment only, and bookings are made in the usual way at reception or by telephone, but only when directed by a doctor. You will be provided with the appropriate request form which must be brought along when you attend your appointment. Results usually take up to a week to be processed.
Nurse Led Triage Clinic
We run a Nurse-Led Triage clinic each weekday morning 09.00am which offers appointments, advice and treatment on the following conditions: Coughs, colds and sore throats, Blocked nose, itchy eyes, Hay fever, Urine or tummy problems, Thrush, headache, temperature, bites, stings, rashes, diarrhoea, constipation and emergency contraception etc. Please ring by 8.00am for an on the day appointment (first come first serve basis).
Charges for Non-NHS Work
Although we are part of the NHS, we do provide some services for which there is a charge. We get numerous requests to provide patients with covering documentation. Forms and letters relating to insurance claims and policies, passport forms, private certificates, cancellation of holidays, inability to attend or participate in exams, school or college activities, the ability/inability to undertake exercise or sports activities and many others will all incur a charge.
Your doctor will usually be able to complete insurance claim forms or sign passport forms, but please allow a minimum of seven working days' notice.
